The event was a 3 day celebration from 11th – 13th July 2024. It consisted of involving all connected with the club in the past and presently.

The project was a comprehensive 3-day celebration from July 11-13, 2024, bringing together past and present members of the club while launching a new digital archive to preserve its history. Key initiatives included promoting sustainability by reimagining unused spaces, enhancing inclusive programs for children, and introducing an eco-awareness campaign. Day 1 featured the opening of a permanent outdoor exhibition of the club's history, intergenerational photography, and recorded discussions with club stalwarts. Day 2 centred on an ecumenical service involving local schools, musicians, and clergy, held in a historically significant venue, followed by a social event and a presentation of medals. Day 3 concluded with commemorative tournaments, family-friendly carnival events, an eco-friendly sports gear swap, and a lively social gathering

inspired by the community's rich “carnival” tradition.
